Eric Ballinger is a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of John Marshall Law School and has practiced law in Cherokee County since passing the bar in 1993. Mr. Ballinger honed his skills in the courtroom, having conducted over 80 felony jury trials. He has now expanded his trial practice into areas, choosing to bring his experience to civil and domestic issues as well. Despite venturing into other areas, Mr. Ballinger remains active in select criminal issues.
Mr. Ballinger serves on the Georgia Board of Governors and works diligently with his peers to see that the practice of law in Cherokee County is held in high esteem.
Eric is also active in the community, serving on the Cherokee County Historical Society Executive Board, Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Cherokee Steering Committee, and numerous other community service organizations. Eric makes him home in Canton with his wife and their son, Henry.
